In Gingo we have a simple mantra: only use the best, freshest ingredients. We press the lemons and ginger roots ourselves, because that’s the best way to ensure the famed quality Mama Fatou’s recipe demands.
And we never skimp on the ginger. We only source the juiciest roots, and use a lot of them! This isn’t easy: the benefits of ginger are fast catching on, and global demand is skyrocketing. But we will never compromise on ingredients. Gingo’s taste is too precious to risk on anything less.
We always insist on glass bottles. Mama Fatou made Ahmed drink his juice from a glass, because that was the best way to savour the taste. We see no reason to change that. Glass keeps the zest of the lemon and the fire of the ginger deliciously intact.
